WASP

I haven't done much in the way of female characters on this blog. I don't think the Avengers movie is going to have enough female characters, so I decided to draw the Wasp. I guess her powers would seem silly on film, but she probably should have been attempted for the movie. I think she was the character that named the team. Anyway, I went with the early costume. Also, I haven't mentioned this since it came out, but I loved Captain America: The First Avenger.


I'm planning on doing a bunch of black and white drawings. A 9x12 commission like this is $30 if you are interested. I'm also taking requests just to keep ideas coming and my pencil moving. See my last post for more info.

CAPTAIN AMERICA!

Captain America. Gouache on bristol, 6x6.

Captain America #300 was the first comic book I read. I was eight and he's been my favorite ever since. I reeeally hope the movie is good!
